David Lao has an extensive background in finance, graduating with a Finance degree from California State University, Los Angeles. David has worked previously as a Real Estate Financial Consultant and is uniquely positioned to give insight from the perspective of the lenders.

David is a recognized Chairman's Circle member at Prudential California Realty for his remarkable accomplishments. He prides himself on excellent customer service, taking his clients through what is often the most important investment of their lives. His success is evident in the extraordinary degree of client referrals.

Pei Chang has deep ties to the San Gabriel Valley. Pei is a longtime resident of San Gabriel, having graduated from San Gabriel High School as a "Los Renombrados" and loves the "City with a Mission."

A graduate of Harvard University: John F. Kennedy School of Government and UCLA, Pei is committed to improving the city in which he was raised. Before entering real estate, Pei's background includes both international banking and corporate communications.

Pei is currently the Vice Chair on the City of San Gabriel Planning Commission and is a member of the American Planning Association. He speaks fluent Mandarin and is a Notary Public.

Sandi Roberts
Transaction Coordinator

The Transaction Coordinator helps facilitate the real estate transaction once escrow starts. Ms. Roberts tracks the progress of the transaction with escrow on a daily basis and informs the agent immediately should any issues arise. She ensures that all of the documents are filled out in a timely fashion and that deadlines are met. On numerous occasions, Ms. Roberts has saved deals that were in trouble with her experience and attention to detail.

Elnora Montgomery
Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist helps implement marketing plans by creating promotional materials such as property flyers, 'just listed' materials to the neighborhood, orders sign placement on property, schedules homes for real estate caravans, promotes open houses, and inputs property into the multiple listing service. Ms. Montgomery designs the newspaper layouts for the Los Angeles Times, Pasadena Star News, San Marino Tribune, and Shopping for Real Estate.
